You'll enjoy balanced meals using quality ingredients tailored to your postpartum needs and personal preferences. Your meal plan will include different postpartum traditions such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Western cuisine.

Colleen is a Philly-based full spectrum doula and ServSafe certified postpartum chef who received her training through the Nourish program. Cooking has always been Colleen’s strongest love language. She takes pride in her intuitive ability to sense people’s needs and is deeply committed to creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for care.
Colleen meets her clients where they are, approaching her work with an open mind and heart. She understands firsthand how easily planning and preparing nutritious meals can fall by the wayside when time and energy are limited. She is keenly aware of the unique nutritional needs of the postpartum body, which often require more care, grace, and calories than commonly accounted for.
As a queer, plus-size, and neurodiverse doula, Colleen is proud to offer inclusive and expansive care informed by her own lived experiences. Her practice is evidence-based, non-judgmental, and rooted in compassion
